  Upload a clear image or video of the product if it is damaged or incorrect to help our team verify the claim.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your address at no additional cost within 48-72 hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
